ok its ok. my main problem is the link at the top of the page. here ill re-copy it but if u go to the link you can see the pictures i posted and my dxdiag but heres the problem:
ok first. i installed vista glazz 1.1, i have vista ultimate 64 bit and i am the only admin on the pc. uac is also off.
now that that is clarified vista glazz says the first two steps are patched by restarting twice (my files). then i restarted again.
now my problem:
i download any theme for vista from deviant art or any other site and i extract the folder onto my desktop and put all contents into c:\windows\resources\themes\
now it shows these themes on the list when i go to personalize>themes. although when i click to enable any one of them::::
my main problem*** THEY FLASH THE SCREEN BUT DONT ENABLE. Am I supposed to restart after i enabled them at all or is there something bigger (which would be more likely).
Last thing am i supposed to just put the zipped version in there or all the files and folders in the un-zipped order like i have been doing?
