strange photos

I use windows xp and my email is webmail. When i open a photo attachment and it brings up Window picture & fax viewer. The photo appears and at the bottom where you can click arrow right or arrow left, when i click on the arrow. it opens some odd photos of  windows logo, smileys, and other odd photos. They are small and when i enlarge the screen, it looks like icons for different companys. It also will bring up photos of friend that i know i don't have on file and other photos that i reconize but don't have the photo on file on my computer.
Is this enough info for someone to answer?

If you are asking where these other files are located, try here:

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temp
(Note: that directory can be completely deleted to save space and possibly make the computer faster)
