am using HP Pavilion ML110 G2 server system ...
(OS: RHELv.4.0)one of the server machine showing "" Checking NVRAM" message at the time of booting and it was not going further...... couple of weeks back the same message came but stood for half an hour and worked normally. ( is this will come bcz of dead battery present in machine)... could any one please tell me why it stood like this...
In another system on login window back ground screen it showing black screen and login window is also showing partilly if we enter user and password it was working fine... i think is was with BIOS problem and upgraded this but still same problem..... i just tried by upgrading firmware it did half and not proceding further ( ROMPAQ Firmware upgrade utility version 5.02) for this do i need to stop any services... Please any one give me suggestion....
