    can somone show me where to find a newer version of (mshflxgd.ocx )
    currently have version 6.0.88.4  March 14 2000

    also what is exactly is it, i read its an activex control for flexablitiy with tables and such

    Microsoft Flexgrid Control

    the newest version would be the one released with Visual Studio 6 Service Pack 6... which just so happens to be in 2000, I believe.

    why do you want a newer version anyway?
    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

      scans I run are complaining file is bad/outdated.
      also, thanks for that goooogle search but i was able to find both older versions just like you with yahoooo  :)

      the version i wanted was   6.1.98.13
      got it now so problem solved!
