    I'm also clueless on this term, Google only finds one result, which means to me that you may have mistyped the term.

    How is this for a guess:

    I have a buddy who owns a HP computer, his server is AOL. When he tries to sign-on, he gets to the fourth step, and it stops. He called AOL, but they told him that the problem was not at there end. They told him to call HP, and they would have to run HTPICP TASK. ???

    That was just a guess at what I would say each of the letters mean in the acronym. It is likely not really what each letter stands for, I guess I should have been more clear.
