monitor color

My monitor sometimes changes color. It seems the red just clicks off and I am left with a green/ blue monitor with no red in the picture. It usually flickers on and off periodically. I have tried 3 monitors: 2 crt and 1 lcd and they all do it. Is it my video card? and how do I test to see if thats the problem?

Could be the connector on the video card.  Maybe a broken solder connection from the connector to the circuit board.  Remove the card and wiggle the connector, you might be able to see it and repair it.
