Help
« on: April 28, 2005, 06:23:11 PM »
hi
my old computer has no OS, when it boots up i see nothing on the monitor. The indicater light on the monitor doesn't turn [glb]green[/glb]. It seems there's no connection to the monitor. I've tried a different AGP but no luck. Does anyone know what could be the potential problem? any reply is appreciated.

Could you hear any bleeps ?

Is it possible to try another monitor on your computer = or try your your monitor on another computer to see if  that is the problem ?

Do you mean "my old computer has no OS" or does it have an OS that is no longer booting up - if so what os is it ?
    Tiggered - adj : It's been tiggered

    hi
    the monitor works just fine.
No there's no beep or anything when I turn it on. Does that mean the mobo fried? I bought that computer on ebay and it came with no os. so I have no clue what they had before that.
