    I pulled all three HDDs and hooked them up to the machine that I am using now. I installed them one at a time. It appears I have 3 bad hard drives. They did not even spin. I can't believe this.

      That was a good point. I pulled the HDD out of this system and replaced it 1 at a time. They all failed. I think something happend in shipping.
