Hello, I am new here so cut me some slack in I get out of line or fail to
follow guidelines. Will attempt to get on board as quickly as I can.
Problem. older model computer, had a gentleman install more memory (crucial.com) said it would speed things up. I had an old program on there that I used extensively called PhotoDeluxe 2.0 now at the time of the new memory installation it worked perfectly. Now with the new memory it refuses to work, saying there is not enough RAM memory. I can not get my tech to even return my calls so wish to attempt to redo or rework it so as to be able to reuse my old program. Any ideas or any help out there ?
