    Blocked E-mail

    I'm using Windows Live/Hotmail for my e-mail.  I have several friends who are blocked from my e-mail but I don't know how they are blocked or why.  I don't know know how to un-block them so I can receive their mail messages.  How do un-block these friends and, if possible, how did I block them in the first place?  I don't want to do this again.  Thanks

    Have you added them to your address book?

    Do their emails appear in the SPAM folder?

      The people being blocked are on my contact list and they do not appear as spam.  Thanks
