Anyways, here is the question-
I've got these instructions below, but not understanding a part of it, so first here is the instructions and I'll then say what it is I'm not understanding.
POP3 Settings:
POP server: pop3.live.com (Port 995)
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example
[email protected]Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com (Port 25 or 587)
Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password)
TLS/SSL required? Yes
In the above instructions, for the user name section, do I need to type it out like they have it
[email protected] or do I just type yourname? and not the @hotmail.com part? because I thought the username was the thing that comes before the @
So, that is what I'm confused about.
so like if my email address is
[email protected] do I type it out like that or do I just type amy?
