my desktop won't load it says it can't find two applications they are COMCTL32.dll and DNSAPI.dll also takes a while to get there after it says it can't find it it stays at a page that's colorful and says acer( the computer i have)

    a sfc scan might fix it it most likely will if those are corrupt system files
