Try reinstalling the original drivers that shipped with the card.

They're designed for the card as it shipped...
You have nothing to lose by trying them...

Well guess what! I tried to uninstall the drivers (going into safemode, device manager, clicking uninstall and then using driver sweeper).  Well, I go to install it and it says it failed to load device something or other.  I restart go back into safe mode and it still recognizes the card in device manager! And it wont uninstall! And I cant use any divers what so ever! And I keep getting BSODs!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH IM ABOUT TO GO CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x  <me

Im thinking about jsut selling it on ebay and letting it be someone elses probloms cause really I dont know what to do.  Its not the power supply and its not the graphics card itself and I really cant even install any drivers and I am really mad right now that its not working.  I am about to just throw it out the window.  Im not kidding.

So I figure its either the graphics card, drivers (which wont install and Ive tried numours differnt versions) or where the graphics card is connected (the motherboard)

I think I will try putting it in the second slot but I doubt it will work

Did you try to remove the card, and enable on-board video to see, if BSOD will still be there?

Motherboard doesnt have onboard video.  But I did use a different card while I was waiting for it to RMA and I was BSOD free

You went to device manager to uninstall the video drivers? Can't you just go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall them from there?

Or you could roll back the driver in device manager. Just right click on the the video adapter and choose Properties, then click the driver tab and roll back the driver.

Never mind.  I restarted again and its BSODing again.   It seems that I uninstall the drivers in safe mode, and boot into normal mode and install the drivers and restart.  After the 1st restart everything works just fine.  After the second restart though theres tons of BSODs.  I really dont know what to do about this.  I tried letting windows install the drivers and Ive tried the cd drivers.  Any other versions I should try?  The cd is version 9.1

I vote for throwing it out the window...

Are you sure all other previous ver. of drivers are gone ? ?
Physically remove the card.
Uninstall any vid card software.
Start over installing the card and the original drivers,
