Windows 2000 SP3 ok, SP4 and we have trouble

I am running Windows 2K SP3 with all the updates and also using Advanced System care Pro. Can SP3 be upgraded to SP4? I tried 3 times and each time the computer stalled on execution of most every program or browser.

I even reformatted the whole thing and reoladed the OS 3 times just to be sure and each time after the SP4 update, the system slowed to a crawl. With SP3 it flies.

Anyone else having this problem?

Did this come thru Windows updates ? ?
If so try the standalone Here...

Yes it was downloaded from the update menu on the oeriginal OS disc from Compac. Is there a fault in that link vs the site url you sent?
