I think
it's not even a valid phrase... it uses phonetic similarity between a word and a number to shorten the actual text and also add a creative flair that unfortunately is lost on me.
If that was a "word" then so is "shut up" and "Oh my god the turkey is burnt but I lost the oven gloves oh wait here they are oh no they caught fire this is bad I wonder if the rice is done oh no forgot the gloves where on fire oh no third degree burns on hands and even worse turkey is still in oven must take it out before the meat is dry these blisters are mucousy I better get somebody else to carve the turkey oh no I'm losing consciousness..."
