IE7 Wrong date on the web page.

Hey guys...kindly help me reg my prblm. Am using Vista Bus or Prof version.(not sure but definitely not Vista home) I have three problems using IE7.

1.)   Web page date and contents are not updated on www.yahoo.com and others.
Everytime I open the web, the date is sometime in 25APR2009.

Pls help me to solve this.

2.) AFter I close the Web Page (IE7)  and re-open it again, images are scattered and not properly arranged.

3.) IE7 is super slow. 6 months back it was running okay.

Anybody who  can help me on these topics.
