Nothing to do with with connection speed. If it was, I'd have got about 5.

Do you mean with browser speed? Being on dialup definitely does affect connection speed, meaning data transmission speed.

no she just was a major IE user and though it probably would have rated the same. Her sister put supposebly a more stable browser on an it had some software conflicts of sort.
