my computer freezez at startup

my computer freezes at startup. i replaced every thing but the motherboard but it still freezes, im guessing that the motherboard is the problem..  i even tried to install a fresh copy of windows xp but it freezes when it  is formating..is there any software or anything i could do to fix this?

Do you have virus protection? Have you made any changes to your system recently?

no i cant change anything...i dont even think it will go into the bios..,

Did you have virus protection? Sounds like you have a bad virus...
