i've seen other messages similar to the one i have when i search for it but i want to fix my specific problem..
the message i get is
"error loading c:\windows\system32\ebylcois.dll" and all i can do is click ok

Hello welcome to Computer Hope. Under no circumstances use a registry fix. Give us a little while to have a look for you.

That pertains according to what i found 1 particular website...
Google the .dll and see if you've ever visited the site...
