Hello,
Recently, I have been on my laptop which is a Gateway, and everything is working great! It's a brand new laptop, but I suppose this is some-kind of virus, and I'm running scans on it, but I will be making this thread because I do not think anyone on Computerhope.com has gotten this yet, It is, a 'Star-like' figure that appears in my tray, and once it appears I am basically frozen, and can't do anything besides manual re-boot.
Currently it has not happend as I'm running a scan on Avast! , I will post results once scan is complete, and if this fixed it or not.
Also, Any suggestions?
