Squall, a solar eclipse will never be on the same day as a lunar eclipse.....at least not in our lifetime.

Can't happen, ever. A lunar eclipse is where the Earth blocks the Sun's light from the Moon. So, a solar eclipse just couldn't happen on the same day. Doubtfully in the same century.

Not unless sometime in the future, something happens which results in earth gaining another moon...or if the moon speeds up its orbit...  ;)

That asteroid that's supposed to come towards Earth in the next 100 years. Actually, never mind. If that hits we won't be worrying about how many moons Earth has...
