Very Bad Virus, I need a real seasoned pro

K, here is whats up. 

I have a virus that will let me download Super anti virus and malwarebytes and HJT and install them but the only one I can  get to run is HJT.  I can not run the other two in normal mode or safe mode.  In normal mode when I click to start the programm nothing.  In safe mode it turns off my computer.  I have also tried to changed to rename the programs with no luck.

When in windows explorer, I do a google search it gives me a list of outcomes, when I click on one it always takes me to "windowsclick.com....................... whatever.

I do have spywaredoctor loaded and it has found some things that I kick off but virus is still here.  I need some serious help here cuz my computer is slowly melting down.

Paste your HJT log into the window of the process tool and follow the instructions at the end to remove the problems....

Soccerdude, you HJT log shows that you don't have any Anti-Virus program running on your computer:

We did not detect any antivirus on this computer. We suggest installing a free Antivirus and/or one of the programs listed in document CH000514.

You really should install one ASAP. Here is a link for some AV programs.
