when i start my laptop, it says "launch startup repair" and "start windows normally"
i chose "launch startup repair." If i chose "start windows normally" the same thing will happend (it asked me to choose "launch startup repair" and "start windows normally").
then it asked me to select language setting
then it showed "select an operatering system to repair and click Next. Only Windows Vista operatering systems are listed and can be repaired"
but no operatering systems are listed
and it said "If you do not see your operating system listed, click "Load Drivers" to load drivers for your hard disks
after clicking "load drivers", it asked me to "insert the installation media for the device and click OK to select the driver" I really dont know wat to do. Please help me.
my laptop is "Aspire 4720Z"
