Vista MSI Recovery Setup.

I want to restore my computer back to new, without unistalling Vista...just cleaning the memory...When i insert my recovery CD i can only chose Fail-safe recovery, and when i've clicked that i get the following messege: This action will restore your computer back to original NB manufacturer's settings. All files and setting will be lost. Are you sure to continue?
Now my question is, what will happen if i do this? The thing is i do not understand what is the meaning of MSI and NB...Pls help

This means all your data and any programs you have installed since you bought the machine will be gone...
It basically takes the machine back to Day One status.

So i still have my operativ system or will it delete that too?

It will replace it with a new install...

It will, however, remove any of your saved files and documents, you may want to back those up.
