    GTA IV major chops/lags

    Hi. I just recently installed GTA IV, and fired it up. Once I got ingame (driving the car, walking etc.) there were these major chops/lags when I tried driving the car/walking.. If I just use the mouse to look around, there is no problem. The fps seemed fine, so is it my CPU? Or is it simply because my power supply is too weak? I have played Crysis Warhead on "gamer" settings for at least an hour without any problems.. Here are my specs:

    SHUTTLE XPC PC-SP35P2 w/motherboard
    Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3,0 GHz
    8 Gb Corsair 800 MHz RAM
    ATi Radeon HD 4890
    400W Power Supply

      The problem is fixed. I installed the 1.2 patch, and it was fixed :)
