What operating system is the computer using?

Immediately after you press "F2" to continue, begin rapidly tapping the F8 key twice per second or faster until you see the "Windows Advanced Options" menu.  If you see a Windows XP logo with a "loading" progress bar, it's gone beyond the point where F8 key would be effective.

The steps after what "that"?  This?

Safe Mode.  Use the F8 function key during system startup to access the Windows Advanced Options menu.  Tap the F8 key once or twice per second as you startup the computer (or immediately after POST completes and screen flashes black prior to displaying Windows XP logo with its processing bar display).

When the Windows Advanced Options menu comes up, use the up/down arrow keys to select "Safe Mode".  Hit the Enter key.

I got a problem in my computer
The alt key has another command
when i press it , it will go sleep
              and then open again -_-

Does the keyboard function correctly in "Safe Mode"?  What keyboard actions, if any, seem abnormal?

Boot to safe mode. Do you have the same problem?

ADG:  Well, there you go...  He still has a problem in Safe Mode (I think, although I'm not sure it's the same problem - little bit of a communication problem).

If your system clock won't keep correct time, you probably need to replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard.

I don't know exactly what "Alt = will go log off -_-" means, but I'm going to leave you now to run some errands.

I don't currently have any good ideas regarding your "keyboard".  My intended contribution was to get you into "Safe Mode" and that small contribution has been completed.

                    1.  System Clock.  You should correct your system clock setting.  You'll probably have to replace the CMOS battery before it will maintain its setting.

Prompt to press F1/F2 each time computer boots
Time and date getting reset and/or losing time
How to replace the CMOS battery

                    2.  Keyboard.  You should check all of your keys, with or without SHIFT key held down.  There are other key combinations, but probably too tedious to check all. Have you discovered any other "key" or "key sequence" other than the "ALT" key which doesn't appear to be mapped to the correct action?

                    3.  ALT Key.  Are you saying it's different in "normal" and "safe mode" boot?
                         a.  Normal boot:  "when i press it , it will go sleep and then open again".
                         b.  Safe Mode boot:  "Alt = will go log off".

What are you expecting the "ALT" key to do?

Sorry - forgot all about this thread. Yes - same question as above - what happens with a different keyboard?
