Need Major Help With Blue Screen

I recently upgraded vista to seven and even before I was getting a blue screen but was eventually able to boot up all the way. Now I am getting a blue screen like before but am not able to get booted, the closest I come is getting to the desktop but before it can load completely I get the blue screen. This is happening on a Dell 1737 laptop. Below you will find the results from BlueScreenView.

Are you by any chance using McAfee anti-virus?
