a question that has been haunting my mind for the past 12 years... is there a plausible way to conclude that someone is ''evil'' or is mentally capable of or willing to commit evil acts, just judging by their thoughts. I'm sure lots of people have ''evil'' thoughts of killing ppl etc. but is there a way to prove that this is evil, not just hatred or a spur of the moment occurance?
