    CD transfer rate

    Hay guys,

    I have a question with an answer but I dont know how to work it out!

    The Question is: If a CD writer is 12x8x32, what is the maximum transfer rate when creating a CD-R?

    The answer: About 1.7 MBps (1800 KBps)

    Please if someone could explian this it would help me so much

      Thanks for the link, but I am still confused! How on earth do they get to the answer of 1.7 MBps.
