I got an email from the FBI telling me to open an attachment.  Now the goverments trying to give us spyware! I always new something was wrong with the goverment

If the FBI wanted to, they wouldn't have to send you an email containing a backdoor trojan.

if you have an email service then your opening your email in cyberspace not on your computer,
and most browers well alert u if some ones sending an att. to your ip.
if you dont allow popups ,spam,or uploads then your pretty safe ,
for the most part thay cant get though unless u let them,
thay can look but thay cant tuch as long as u don't let them
