my pc is restarting when i open mozilla firefox

hi please help me,i have win xp sp2 and when i try to open mozilla the PC is restarting. it gives me this error

if i use ie its fine no problem or any programs ,games.

Does IE work okay? If so, I suggest you uninstall Firefox, then download and reinstall the latest version.

yes IE works fine ,and i uninstall firefox but same problem

What version of Firefox are you using? And is everything else working okay?
