limewire messed up computer

Please help me with my daughters laptop.  Her brother downloaded limewire and now we have a mess.  I have no idea where to start.  I can barely do anything on it.

    Dont blame limewire thats to be expecdted with any multi downloading programs.  Try safe mode an going from there if possible.
