Computer Hope Themes
« on: January 18, 2009, 03:00:55 AM »
Do any of you like to use the other layout themes?

I'm using the Babylon theme right now.  I think it's easy on the eyes;  better than the default theme.

Default theme is the best in my opinion, I once thought about changing to other themes (because of an icon pic) , but then It felt like I wasn't on CH at all, I felt like I was on another forum, CH default theme is the easiest and the most convenient for me.

There are 20 people using the SMF theme and 8 people using the Babylon Theme. Personally I'd prefer that people make suggestions on what they do / don't like about the default theme so it can be changed / discussed. Since I primarily work on that theme and all new features are only added to that theme. But you're welcome to use whatever theme you like. :)

actually, that's a good question. a lot of students mistake it for plot, but that is not so. A theme really consitutes a recurring idea or moral that, while not being directly "spelled out" leaves the reader of a piece of fiction with a fairly good idea of its view about life and how people behave- and, indirectly, that of it's author.

Of course, in all likelihood we could be talking about the forum theme.

if your life is a piece of fiction, then yes. unfortunately for everybody else, that means we are all figments of your imagination, which would be a bit disheartening.
