WMP is a plug-in, not add-on. Firefox in safe mode doesn't disable plug-ins. It disables add-ons, toolbars, and themes.
Did you actually try it?

This is strange. It looks like WMP plug-in is not working correctly.
Uninstall WMP plugin by removing np-mswmp.dll file from C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins.
Install fresh copy of WMP plugin: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7

ok, I'll try that and will give you an updated later. If it's not working, should I better treat it like there is a malware or virus in this computer?

PS. I'm rooting for Portugal because I do love their passion for football. And which team are you rooting for?

Infection is very unlikely to cause a problem like this one.

My home country is Poland, but I've been disappointed by their performance so far. Italy, and France are not much better. Lot of surprises.
I was very happy with Croatia beating Germany. I can't stand German type of football.
Netherland, and Portugal are doing really well.

Thank you very much Broni. I decided to ask help from Microsoft Tech Support directly instead. It's not that I don't trust you but it's just getting quite annoying when it's seem there is no explanation for my daughter problem. Everything works fine for my computer when going to those web-sites but not her ??? Last week it was working and then on weekend of 7-8 June, she went to visit her grand-parent and take a laptop with her. She try to use Internet there but have problem connecting with wireless router. So she didn't use it and when she came home and tried to use it that when the problem start. All others web-site work fine for her, she can visit any site she want to but only if whenever she want to watch something that need WMP plug-in then she can't.

Thank you anyway for your kindness and your time.
PS. Portugal lost last night against Switzerland, how can that happen?  >:(

I guess, Portugal didn't really care, since they locked 1st place in their group, before the game.
I watched Czech - Turkey game. I couldn't believe my eyes, how Czechs lost the game in last minutes.
        Unfortunately, Poland is out.

Anyway, let me know what M$ said.
