HELP please

Hello,
I have trouble with my HDD.
I just installed Win XP, and after restart, there's no HDD. I cannot enter even BIOS menu
I shut it down, manualy, and started it up, and everything is normal.
When I choose, start -> Shut down -> Restart .. same problem
When I shut it down, all is OK
What's problem with this...
Please Help me

So you mean, when you restart the computer, the computer cannot find the Hard Drive?

Yes
and its SATA drive
I changed cable to other connector, same happes
What can it be?

i just want to ask... how many ours did you use your computer before did install your OS??^^

If you disconnect the drive can you get to the bios?

Yes,
problem only appears when I restart computer
I shut it down by unplugging AC cable
and when I start it up it is OK... everything is fine
So, problem appears only when I choose Start -> Turn Off -> Restart
