    I am going to convert a DVDs  VOB file to say  AVi  or  MPG  and want to know if 1500 bps is to Low or to High?

    What I meen is  if I want my video Bit Rat to match the VOB files Bit Rat  is this ok or sould I go to 9800 bps??

    See I want to put NO Compresson to the outcome
