« on: March 29, 2010, 05:03:41 PM »
when i got to control panel, users then press the user account control button, the windows flashes once and then nothing happens and the user account control windows didn't pop up..

it could be a virus but i already scanned and i found 5 and got rid of them but the same this is happening again.

windows 7

Thanks

I suggest you make sure your system is malware free before you proceed.

Unless we know what OS and whether the OP has admin permissions, I reckon this thread will go nowhere.

You probably didn't get all the malware.

PS Lose the sarcastic "REALLY?" tone if you want any help around here, OK?
