windows 98

When I load windows 98 without the boot floppy, I get 'missing or corrupted files.'These include c:/windows/himem.sys,c:/windows/dblbuff.sys, and c:/windows/ishhelp.sys. Then I get the 'unable to load Windows, cannot find  win.com.' All I am trying to do is reload windows 98.

start/run SFC
select extract one file
you will need your windows CD and extract each file seperately.
