Hi,
My laptop has a new game. It crashes, just shuts off. Instant power off. Reboots okay.
It was doing this while downloading videos so I adjusted some settings, stopped the automatic conversion of files to .avi, included in a new update from DownLoadStudio. That seemed to stop the issue.
Then tried to do my weekly virus scan using BitDefender. Started scanning & then crashed.
I use Windows 7 / Spy Sweeper with the anti-virus (never been a conflict wit BitDefender) - which also crashed when scanning / Firefox.
Any suggestions, help is greatly appreciated!!
