Sorry, my computer is not retail and I'm no Einstein when it comes to computer guys. My system is supplied with Asus and most of the parts were ordered seperately online to be custom made. I'm sorry that I cannot be of much help in this department. Despite the fact that I do partake in marijuana, generally I don't have a strong grasp of computer hardware. Don't blame it on the weed "patio".

You might possibly need the UAA drivers from Microsoft. Don't have time to search for them for you, but just a suggestion.

The UAA driver is available free from Microsoft. It's better to get it from Microsoft's website than from some stranger you don't know on the internet.

Is this a desktop computer or laptop? What is the make and model number?

Oh, and is the sound on-board or separate?

It is ASUS and the model is M2N-SLI DELUXE. The chipset is NForce 570 SLI. I suspect my sound is Realtek, yet I have installed Realtek High Definition audio driver.
