Running Window 7 Home Premium. Installed internal HP 1270i dvd Writer with lightscribe. Drive reads and writes media but system does not recognize lightscribe drive therefore I cannot burn lightscribe labels. HP, emachines, Microsoft, Lightscribe and many others have been no help. Been told it has to do with configuring the SATA controller to non-raid mode, I need to update drivers, firmware and motherboard BIOS. Have no idea. Someone please help!!!
