Will these Crossfire?

I currently have

and im looking to crossfire. They currently have this card available.

Is there any difference between these two cards other than the slot (one being 2.0 and the other being 2.1)?

They should. From what I've read, they don't have to be identical, but they do have to be the same model with the same specs (speed, memory, etc.).
