bt home hub 2.0 cuts out when using bbc i player

Hi there, my problem is in title. Ive looked briefly online for a solution but couldnt find one. I just called bt and they are sending me a new hub but I doubt this will help as mine works fine...except when using the iplayer. Can anyone help?
