    safe mode problem

    I am using windows vista. My administrator account has been disabled by some one.I have got a suggestion to start in safe mode and enable the administrative acccount. So when I going to start in safe mode, at the time of booting by pressing F8 key, the curssor is not moving up and down to select the Sfe mode option. Therefore I am enable open administrator account.Please help me out.

    I have a sneaking suspicion that you may be infected and it has taken over your admin account.
    Please let our team take a look...
