    What is a good way to change my IP quickly without going to a special website?

    I used to have a program called Elite Proxy Switcher that worked OK. But the website I used to find fresh new proxies is down now. Does anyone else proxy without using websites? What works well? I don't need the super anonymous proxies, any quality will do as long as it's low latency.
