    Windows media player keeps forgetting

    I've got media player 12 and I have a particular album on the library and it always seems to forget the album data. The track names are all there but it comes unknown for album and artist. I then right click and go to find album info and it manages to find it and displays the album art and album name. But then later when I turn wmp off or after a restart when I return to it the data is lost.

    Any suggestions

    Are you sure the files/folders in question aren't read-only?

    Go to tools apply media infomation change, and save see? good luck!
