I'm not familiar with Teracopy but their website seems to provide some info.  So, I'm wondering why you haven't been able to get some info there.  See http://help.codesector.com/TeraCopy.  Also, the home page, http://www.codesector.com/teracopy.php, offers support by submitting a ticket or by online chat.

    1.
Register Copy Handler: Add Teracopy to Windows Registry as default copy handler, replace built in Windows copy handler

Unregister Copy Handler: reverse above operation.

    2.
If checked, only use Teracopy as default copy handler when Scroll Lock is off.

    3.
Use system write cache: Use it for better compatibility with anti-virus systems and ftp-drives. When you enable write
caching on a hard disk, the hard disk receives the synchronize cache command when you shut down the computer,
and the cached data is written to the hard disk before the computer shuts down. Disk Write Caching is a feature which
allows you to increase the performance of your hard disk. While this can improve performance, it comes attached with
its own risk. If the system or disk loses power then there is every possibility that the data gets corrupted or lost in the
    event of a power failure.
