    usb driver??

    does anyone know why i get unable to connect to the device due to the parameter is incorrect? i am trying to get pics off my phone onto the computer

    I think you need a driver to access the phone on the computer.

    This is most likely the problem. While some phones will connect like an external drive or flash drive on a USB port, some won't connect without drivers and/or software installed.
