     ??? I dont know what I have done, but I have tried to type an email, and when I press a particular character, i.e. "d" I get an automatic short cut to desk top, or "m" to my computer,  "u" to utility manager.  Help, what can I do to undo this!!!!!! :-X

    Turn off capslock and/or look for any hotkey keyboard keys you may have pressed inadvertantly...the Windows key comes to mind...
