Judging from the response (lack thereof) from admin concerning getting my member account squared away, I must conclude that I am either a non-existent entity or persona non grata at computerhope.com. It doesn't take ten days to read and respond to an email.

I have also considered turning my back on Computer Hope. They do many things well here, but communicating with their "valued" members is not one of them.

I have left four messages in the past few weeks. I have received a response on none of them. Kind of makes you wonder why they even have a Contact tab at the top of this page, doesn't it?

Company 2005 Web Site Goals  

With the increase popularity of Computer Hope we have noticed a decrease in the amount of e-mails and questions we get answered each day.  Therefore this year our primary focus is to improve our overall customer service for Computer Hope.  

A noble undertaking. A disappointing result. Even with a 25% answer ratio, at least one of my e-mails would have garnered a response.

I find it very strange that the administrator always answers my questions. However, I do use the private messaging system. Perhaps the administrator his spam filter is too tight?

Sorry to see you go I am trying my best just get several hundred e-mails, messages, and other responses to handle and in all honesty gets very overwhelming, as soon as I finish these monthly updates I'll look for your mail and see if I can get you squared away. I do exist, just very busy.
